Jamie Spooner
Jamie Spooner is a national expert in website usability, human factors, and accessibility. She has 20 years of web design and marketing experience, including four years in advertising (clients included Amex and AT&T) and seven years as a Design Program Manager at Microsoft. She designed the company’s second website, Microsoft Windows Media, Windows 98 website, and Microsoft bCentral. She also holds a patent for an Internet Radio Toolbar designed for Microsoft.com. As the CEO of the North Bay area’s largest web technology, design, and marketing firm, Planeteria, Jamie has overseen the creation and maintenance of hundreds of successful sites. She is a graduate of Smith College.
Carolyn Mayes
Carolyn Mayes is a certified public accountant with 25 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry. She has an extensive background in preparing and auditing financial statements and projections of privately held companies. Carolyn has worked with many types of businesses – from start-up entities to large corporations – as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, as a Director and Consultant in private industries, and in her own certified public accounting practice. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
Herb Liberman
Herb Liberman, Economic Development Coordinator for the Chamber of Commerce & City of Healdsburg. Herb’s career has enabled him to work in four different types of businesses including manufacturing, computer training, service and education. He has extensive experience in managing businesses and consulting with business owners and entrepreneurs on a wide variety of business topics. Herb also has a background in international business dealings, and arbitration and mediation of business issues.
Mark Gaterud
Mark Gaterud is a VP, Coronary research and Development at Medtronic Vascular. Mark has 30 years experience in management and research and development in the medical sector. He is currently responsible for R&D including first generation Endeavor drug eluting stent commercialization at Medtronic. Past experience includes management and R&D at Johnson and Johnson. Mark has worked across the United States. He holds over 4 patents and several national awards for medical research and technical achievements. Mark is a graduate of Lafayette College.
